NDTV has Sidhu, CNN iBN has Krishnamachari Srikkant
Published by sushubh January 15th, 2006 in Sports on Indian TelevisionFor all the cricket lovers in the country, this is just sad sad news. NDTV has Navjot Singh Sidhu as their Cricket Specialist, and now CNN iBN has reportedly selected Krishnamachari Srikkant to be their cricket specialist. One blabbermouth to compete against another one. God bless Indian Cricket.
Another thing, the guy on the show LOC (Love of Cricket) on CNN iBN is an added pain in the ass to regular television viewing. His voice sucks and he interrupts the proceedings so many times that you just want to change the channel and go hear something soothing…
Of course, this is not the first time I have found myself complaining against some reporter sort of guy from this channel. I have had worse experiences. Personally…

TV Sports channels are the place where one can kind hosts of kinky people trying to put across their stupid opinions and having cheeks to expect viewers to appreciate and buy the loads of crap thats been dished out .TV channels, are per their TRPs , hv enrolled in experts,, The Bigger channel , Bigger the Fool.. Could anyone buy Krishnamachari Srikkant babbling about sensible batting , Sense and Srikkant never gelled during his playing days. Navjot Sidhu ,my fellow Sikh, has broken all the boundaries of senseless talks. He fits in perfect in the Laughter challenge(as a clown) but not in the cricketing expert role.Channels are just trying to find out sponsors and fit in the prime slots. Channels like NDTV and CNN are more professional then the other toads we have in the pond. They should let the better sense prevail and enroll real experts of the game and have Thinking heads do the talk rather then these yapper
I had rather see them stop talking about cricket at all. Everyone in India has an opinion. We don’t even need experts to tell us about cricket. Coz, we are not even going to agree with anyone else’s opinion…
I have been visiting this site a lot lately, so i thought it is a good idea to show my appreciation with a comment.
