As I sat in the train swarming with gossiping ladies,I wondered whether the next news on our TV screens is a result of a similar grapevine.With increasing number of 24 hour news channels on our elite box, i beg to differ it’s an idiot coz we are on the recieving end.A box whatsoever pulls up it’s ‘Bunty aur Babli’ act on our innocent minds.It really has the magic to mess up with our brains.

One superfast channel,winner of self-backed awards is just too quick to get on our nerves.The infamous “HO NA SAKAA” segment just made me want to rip the anchors apart! Thankfully TV Today realised the nonsensical air-time gobbler was just too much.Don’t even get me started on INDIA TV. The stupendous coverage of their sting operations was far too streched,leaving a tastelss end to a juicy chewing gum.

As for the three NCR channels, even our cable wallahs were crisp enough to let go of a similar useless news story the “national channels” dissected beyond recognition.Although I guess i was the only wella one to watch an entire day coverage of a maritial discord with a counsellor on the side, that’s our Channel 7, heard about it anyone;-)

Pssst…a lady next to me is talking about her neighbour’s daughter.Major dispute people! I hope i can sell this sound byte to one of these bandwagons………
