Hindustan Times promoting awful ad-links on their website

I am not a fan of companies, which sell performance-enhancing medicines. One of the reasons being, they are some of the biggest spammers on the internet. Other than that, they target really popular websites for promoting themselves and Hindustan Times seems to be one of those.

This following clipping is from one of the many pages on the Hindustan Times newspaper website. I am surprised why Google is not penalizing them for promoting medicine websites on their own website. Selling ad-links is one thing, selling ad-links to medicine companies is another.

I recently found Indian Express doing the same thing and I hated them for that. I do not like Hindustan Times already. And they have given me more reasons to hate them.
